Lead Photographer/Videographer

We’re seeking a Lead Photographer/Videographer to create compelling, high-quality visual content that aligns with strategic creative direction. This role is ideal for a skilled visual storyteller who excels in lighting, composition, and timing, and enjoys collaborating with stylists, art directors, and production teams to deliver impactful imagery that exceeds client expectations. What You’ll Do Photography & Videography Capture and produce high-quality photography and video content that meets or exceeds client expectations for style, quality, and deadlines Apply advanced knowledge of lighting, composition, and camera techniques to create visually engaging work Develop a strong understanding of client preferences and brand standards Creative & Technical Leadership Guide and support photographers, ensuring alignment with client needs and technical specifications Research, test, and refine new camera, lighting, and editing techniques to solve creative challenges Stay current on industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies Manage digital assets, including organizing photo libraries and ensuring secure file storage Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient studio environment Oversee equipment care, inventory, and routine maintenance What You Bring Strong technical expertise in both photography and videography A compelling portfolio demonstrating creative excellence and relevant brand work Proven leadership skills and experience guiding creative teams Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet demanding deadlines Openness to feedback with a solutions-oriented mindset Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability Professional, positive communication with clients and team members #J-18808-Ljbffr
