Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator plays a dynamic role within the marketing team, supporting the growth of Crystal’s trade business across North America and LATAM. As a key partner to the Trade and Key Accounts teams, the Marketing Coordinator will help bring strategic marketing initiatives to life. This role offers the opportunity to work cross‑functionally, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain hands‑on experience across a wide range of marketing disciplines within a luxury travel brand.
Responsibilities And Accountabilities
Support the execution of key account and consortia marketing plans across North America and LATAM, in close collaboration with Sales partners.
Maintain and update sales content, imagery, and collateral across trade partner extranets and third‑party platforms, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.
Assist in the development of sales and marketing materials, including presentations, collateral, advertisements, flyers, social content, and trade‑focused email campaigns.
Develop and communicate creative briefs to the in‑house creative team.
Assist in the execution of B2B events, conferences, and trade shows to promote Crystal in the US, Canadian, and LATAM markets, including logistics coordination and the creation of event‑specific marketing materials.
Provide day‑to‑day marketing support to Trade Sales teams, including creating communication templates, training materials, webinars, events, and post‑event follow‑ups.
Proofread and edit marketing and sales materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
Track and update marketing plans, timelines, and project statuses, providing regular updates and recaps to stakeholders.
Support additional marketing initiatives and cross‑functional projects as needed.

Competency
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, travel/cruise experience a strong plus.
Skills/Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel programs.
Strong PowerPoint skills.
Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
Working knowledge of digital marketing.
Strong understanding of brand standards and execution against guidelines.
Highly detail‑oriented with strong organizational and follow‑up skills.
Collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
Resourceful self‑starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
Ability to multi‑task and perform in a fast‑paced environment.
Work Environment
This role operates in a professional office environment with moderate noise levels. Travel may be required.
Physical Demands
This role requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, and reaching. May involve lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds. Requires the ability to operate standard office equipment.
Expected Hours of Work
The position is full‑time working from Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional need for overtime may be required.
