Job Summary Our Personal Lines Account Managers maintain and grow relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and providing outstanding service. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in insurance, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering results. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Establish and maintain strong relationships and make periodic decisions on account updates and coverages Review exposures and current insurance programs for assigned clients Determine if the current carrier is the best fit for the client, considering coverage, protection, and cost effectiveness Work with producers on the development and decisions about plans of action and coverages for new accounts Provide day‑to‑day service, anticipate customer needs, and respond to client questions and issues in a timely manner Keep customers up to date on pending changes in the insurance world that may impact their coverage Monitor carrier activities to ensure they fulfill their responsibilities to the customer (e.g., policies & endorsements quoted and accurately issued on time, claims handled properly and on time) Complete account reviews Education and Experience 3–5 years of prior insurance industry experience preferred High school diploma or recognized equivalent required Maintain a P&C license, required Proficient in Windows programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel Why Join Us At Acrisure, we’re building more than a business; we’re building a community where people can grow, thrive, and make an impact.
