We are looking for a Social Media Manager (2+ years of experience) who is endlessly passionate and knowledgeable about the food and hospitality industries to join the team. You will be crafting social media strategies, creating beautiful content and building calendars, fostering relationships with clients, managing social media pages and communities, and more.
What You’ll Be Doing: Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain high-trust, professional relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for social-related initiatives and updates.
Visual Storytelling & Content Capture: Execute on-site, high-quality original content (photo, video, reels, carousels, captions) that translates a client’s physical atmosphere into a digital "vibe."
Strategy Development: Own and execute a comprehensive, dynamic content and brand strategy across relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Content Calendars: Build and manage comprehensive content calendars that balance editorial storytelling with tactical promotion, ensuring every post has a purpose.
Community Cultivation: Actively monitor channels and engage with followers to build authentic, high-loyalty communities.
Insight-Driven Analytics: Analyze social metrics to decode what’s working, generating regular, high-level reports that turn data into actionable creative pivots.
Creative Brainstorming: Collaborate cross-functionally with PR teams and participate in agency-wide brainstorming sessions to develop new and creative ways to bring awareness to clients.
Account Maintenance: Proactively manage scheduling (shoots, status calls and more), agendas, recaps and more.
On-Site Content Capture: Be on-site to capture events, media appearances, and more as needed.

You have 2-4 years of experience in social media, specific experience in the hospitality category a plus
You bring a strong design sensibility — crafting visuals and layouts that feel fresh, premium, and aesthetic
You have proficiency in photography and videography, at minimum on an iPhone
You have proven experience creating compelling content (experience with videos required)
You have expertise in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite) and social media management tools (Sprout Social)
You have proficiency in Canva
You have proficiency in boosting posts and select experience with paid Meta campaigns
You act quickly and multitask efficiently
You are a confident communicator
You bring a positive attitude
