The Marketing & Design Specialist is a key member of the Brand Marketing team, responsible for executing and elevating the company's brand presence across print, digital, and in-market experiences. This role blends creative development with hands-on execution, ensuring brand consistency while supporting initiatives that drive sales, customer engagement, and overall market perception.
This is a hybrid role, requiring the candidate to attend the Temple, TX or Calgary, AB office 3-4 days per week.
Working closely with Brand Marketing, Sales, HR, and business leaders, and in partnership with the Digital Marketing team, this role develops compelling, on-brand assets and ensures alignment across all touchpoints. The position reports to the Director of Brand Marketing.
Brand Execution & Stewardship
* Execute brand initiatives across print, digital, and internal channels.
* Ensure consistent application of brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all materials.
* Support internal brand efforts, including newsletters, signage, presentations, and templates.
* Develop and maintain core brand and sales materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and collateral aligned to Complete Lifecycle Power Solutions.
Creative & Design Development
* Design and produce high-quality print and digital assets, including brochures, presentations, trade show materials, social graphics, and email assets.
* Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and digital asset libraries to support consistency and scalability.
* Create branded assets for web and social channels.
* Partner with external vendors, printers, and agencies to ensure high-quality production and brand alignment.
Social Media Content Creation & Management
* Design engaging social content across all four brands, including copy, graphics, imagery, short-form video, and campaign assets.
* Support content planning through calendars and creative concept development.
* Collaborate to ensure alignment with broader brand strategy and storytelling.
Trade Show & Event Marketing
* Lead coordination and execution of trade shows and events to deliver a consistent, elevated brand presence.
* Develop event materials including booth graphics, signage, collateral, and promotional items.
* Partner with Sales and leadership to align messaging, materials, and event goals.
* Support pre- and post-event communications to ensure a cohesive experience.
* Track and report on event performance, including lead capture and effectiveness.
Project Management & Brand Support
* Manage creative and brand projects from concept through delivery, ensuring timelines and standards are met.
* Support reporting on brand initiatives and overall marketing effectiveness in collaboration with the broader team.
- * Bachelor's degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- * 1-3 years of experience in brand marketing, graphic design, or a related creative role.
- * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required).
- * Strong understanding of brand systems, visual identity, and creative best practices.
- * Experience supporting trade shows or live events is an asset.
- * Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- * Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
