Job Description

The Business Analyst,Operations &Strategywill serve as a force multiplier within the Growth Products & Partnerships team.The Analyst willensure information and resources are aligned with priorities,bring order to complexity,and helpsenior leadersoperatemore effectively.The Analystsshould becomfortablesynthesizingdisparateinformation,identifyingwhat matters, andcrafting exec-ready materials that distill the signal from the noise.

This rolesits within the Business Operations team on Growth Products & Partnershipsand supportsa portfolio that spans Big Tech clients, Agentic Commerce, Crypto, and emerging product areas. TheAnalyst will workclosely with product and partnership teamsand coordinatewith cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, data science, design, and communications)acrossVisa.This rolewill support a mix of product and sales operations and infrastructure, performance reporting, and executivelevel preparation.

This position will be based inSan Franciscoand will reportintothe Director,Growth Products & Partnerships (Chief of Staff).This is anindividual contributor rolethatrequiresexceptional communication,strongorganization, fluency in efficiency-driving AI tools, and the ability to move quickly across topics. WhatYou'llDo

Tracking & Reporting

  • Collect regular status updates and strategic insights across product, partnerships, and cross-functional teams.
  • Synthesize inputs into clear, executive-ready emails, decks, and presentations.
  • Own portfolio tracking and performance reporting, including OKRs, operating metrics, risks, and decisions.
  • Prepare materials for executive updates, QBRs, and planning cycles.

Sales & Product Operations Support

  • Support sales and product teams by ensuring clear processes, tools, and operating models are in place.
  • Help drive training, enablement, and adoption of tools, processes, and ways of working.
  • Leadperiodicdataclean ups tomaintaingooddata hygiene andaccuraterecords.

Project Management

  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverablesforcrossfunctional initiatives.
  • Track action items and owners tokeep work moving.
  • Identifyrisks and gaps early, problemsolve,andescalate with contextwhenappropriate.
  • Develop and deploy AItools to automateworkand improve efficiency across the operations portfolio.

Team Connectivity, Learning & Culture

  • Prepare materials andsupportteamwide forums including All Hands,trainings,Lunch & Learns,and teamoffsites.
  • Help design anddeliver a team engagement roadmap oflearning, culture-building, and team-bondingopportunities and resources.
  • Supporttraining, communications, and tools thathelp the team adopta more efficientand agile AI-enabledway of working.

  • Executive decisions are informed by a continuous feedback loop from clients, products, and teams, grounded in highfidelity data and firsthand insights.
  • Senior leaders receive consistently highquality, executiveready materials that clearly distill signal from noise.
  • Data, trackers, and reporting systems are clean, current, andaccurate, and trusted as a source of truth.
  • Tools, reporting, and insights help the organizationanticipateissues and opportunities, rather than reacting after the fact.

This is a hybrid position.Expectationofdays intheoffice will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications:

3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)

2+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, analytics, or a related role

Bachelor's degree,Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfort workingand translatingacrossdiverse stakeholders and ambiguous problem spaces

High attention to detailand excellent organization skills

Hands-on experience building and using GenAI tools to improve productivity

Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with dashboards (Power BI / Tableau a plus)

Experience in a startup environment, consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations

Experience planningand managing multiple cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into concise outputs

Good business acumen to connect data and insights with business decisions and outcomes

Experience building and managing KPIs that measure operational performance

Experience supporting senior leaders or executivelevel decision making

Interest in payments, fintech, technology platforms, or AIenabled products

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 109,700.00 to 170,200.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
