Job Description:
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience: Four-year college degree. Working in healthcare with retirees and retiree populations Knowledge of healthcare industry and Commercial and Medicare Advantage health plans Required Skills/Experience - The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:
Proficient in Microsoft Suite Office: Excel, Word, MS Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc. Knowledge of health insurance commercial products, PPO, and HMO plans Knowledge of Medicare Advantage plans, programs, and policies Prior experience working with local or state government programs related to healthcare and retirement Preferred Skills/Experience - Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
Working knowledge to advance knowledge of AI programs, tools, applications, and systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Efficient, dependable worker Education/Certifications - Include:
Four-year college degree preferred. Degrees in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Policy, Business, Education, and/or Business Administration are preferred.
