In this role, you'll be a key member of our Marketing team, owning digital marketing strategy, analytics, SEO, and website support, all while partnering with teams across the organization to ensure our campaigns are delivering real, measurable results.
What You'll Do Bring bold ideas to life by dreaming up, launching, and fine-tuning digital and social campaigns from start to finish Dive into data (hello, GA4!) and turn numbers into meaningful insights that guide smarter marketing decisions Be the go-to SEO champion - spotting trends, uncovering keyword opportunities, and keeping our content competitive Collaborate with teams across the organization (and awesome agency partners!) to create campaigns that truly shine Help keep our digital home fresh and functional with website updates, landing pages, testing, and optimization Lead, inspire, and support your team - celebrating wins, encouraging growth, and keeping creativity flowing What You'll Bring
3-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (bonus points for leadership experience!) Confidence navigating GA4, Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO best practices Love for social media advertising across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and beyond A passion for data - you enjoy uncovering insights and putting them into action Experience working with WordPress or similar content management systems Clear communication skills, strong organization, and a collaborative, team-first mindset Why AAA Central Penn?
