Do you possess exceptional organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion? Qualified Staffing is seeking a Data Entry Specialist for our client in Byron, Ga.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Pay:
$17/hour Available positions:
1 Responsibilities:
Enter, verify, and manage data across systems and databases Format documents, convert files, and handle uploads/downloads Track orders, follow up with vendors, and provide updates Process receipts, invoicing, and shipping documentation Review files, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accuracy Organize and maintain document control and records (ISO support) Qualifications:
Experience in data entry, admin, or document control Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe skills Detail-oriented with strong organization and multitasking ability Able to troubleshoot issues and work independently Professional, reliable, and handles confidential info well Experience with Quantum (Component Control) is a must Ability to work within US Government contractual realm Why work for Qualified Staffing?
