Role Overview
As a Client Relations Agent you will build customer relationships for TMHCC. This position adds value to the client experience for new business acquisition and renewal business retention.
Primary responsibilities include guiding new and existing customers through the surety bond application process, answering customer questions to ensure account accuracy, and closing sales for warm leads generated in-house through our website.
Key Responsibilities Explain and promote various surety bond products to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and requirements. Facilitate bond applications with Clients and answer questions as needed. Collaborate with other internal team members (including underwriters, account managers, and service representatives) to ensure seamless bond processing and customer satisfaction. *All Client Relations Agents must pass the Missouri Property & Casualty Insurance Producer Licensing Exam after being hired and onboarded. Training and exam fees are paid for by the company..
