Role Summary The Functional Consultant translates business processes into D365 CE configurations, focusing on case management, workflows, SLAs, queues, and business rules.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation of D365 CE (CRM) projects Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements Conduct workshops, gap analysis, and fitment sessions Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs Configure OOTB D365 modules (Customer Service, Case Management, Sales) Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and data migration Support UAT, training, go-live and change management activities Ensure best practices and adherence to Microsoft standards
Skills & Experience
9 12 years of D365 CE Functional experience Strong domain knowledge in Customer Service / Case Management Hands-on experience in D365 CE and Power Platform configuration Ability to map SOP-driven processes into CRM flows Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills Good to Have : Microsoft certifications
