**LOCATION: Remote**Translate complex user needs and business requirements into elegant, user-centered solutions.
Education & Experience: 6+ years of professional experience in product design, UX, and UI, ideally within marketplaces, SaaS, consumer tech, or service-based platforms. Experience designing for two-sided marketplaces, including supply and demand dynamics, discovery, and booking or transaction flows. Experience designing for small business users, with a strong understanding of conversion, onboarding, and growth-focused experiences. A strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, interaction design, visual design, and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to lead design work from concept to launch in cross-functional, agile teams.Experience conducting or synthesizing user research and usability testing.
