In this critical role, you'll be responsible for leading the marketing execution and go-to-market strategy across the organization. Accountabilities
Own overall marketing strategy, planning, and execution, ensuring alignment with growth objectives
Lead the rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, partners, and sales enablement
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels
Design and execute demand generation programs to drive qualified pipeline and revenue
Own campaign strategy across various platforms including inbound, outbound, ABM, digital, email, and events
Measure performance using key marketing and revenue metrics (pipeline, CAC, conversion rates, ROI)
Develop and execute joint marketing initiatives with strategic technology and channel partners
Collaborate with partner teams on co-branded campaigns, events, webinars, and content
Maximize MDF and partner-funded marketing investments
Oversee graphic design and creative execution across all marketing assets
Ensure brand standards and messaging consistency across materials
Guide the development of sales collateral, presentations, and web assets
Manage the marketing budget, including forecasting, allocation, and ROI analysis
Prioritize spend across campaigns, tools, agencies, and partners
Report on marketing performance, insights, and recommendations to leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop internal marketing resources and external agencies
Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to the executive team
Requirements
Proven ownership of marketing budgets and performance accountability
Strong experience in Demand Generation and Partner Marketing
Ability to translate strategy into execution effectively
Data-driven mindset with experience measuring marketing impact on pipeline and revenue
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, IAM, or professional services is preferred
Experience working closely with sales and revenue teams is advantageous
Familiarity with enterprise buyers and long sales cycles is a plus
