We are searching for a Program Manager to join our growing Water Resources team in one of the following offices: Charlotte, NC, Savannah, GA, Atlanta, GA (either Peachtree Corners, Midtown or Cobb County), Jacksonville, FL, or Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in delivering, managing, and leading Water Resources design projects and teams, 15+ years of experience in the water resources market, and wants to grow Pond’s Water Resource Program. A PE license and direct experience with Water Resources design and modeling is required. In this position, the successful candidate will help Lead and direct the growth of Pond’s Water Resource client base. This candidate will report through Pond’s Environmental and Water Resource (EWR) Program. As part of EWR’s leadership team, the successful candidate would interface with clients, pursue opportunities, service as a thought leader, and help develop Pond’s brand. Experience and Qualifications

BS or MS in an Engineering Discipline 15+ years of delivery of Water Resources engineering design projects 5+ years of project and client management experience (preferably in A/E/C consulting environment) PE licensure is required PMP or similar certification is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills, defining and understanding client requirements, managing expectations, communicating with clients and project staff Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Existing Client Relationships All Pond & Company positions require participation in at least one in‑person interview as part of our hiring process, and most roles also require in‑person onboarding at a Pond office location; candidates should expect to meet directly with our team and should be cautious of any communication suggesting otherwise.
