The Market Manager oversees the local team for the business line and participates hands‑on in sales and recruitment efforts with candidates and clients in the St. Louis, Missouri area.
Qualifications
Must live in the greater St. Louis, Missouri area.
Thrives in a business development and outbound sales environment.
Strong business acumen and customer service skills.
Strong communication and problem‑resolution skills.
Legal industry experience helpful.
Previous staffing industry or recruiting experience helpful.

4+ years of B2B sales experience in a professional services environment preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or transferable experience.
