We're offering our Controller - Head of Financial Operations:
Competitive salary of $80,000-$120,000 per year that reflects your experience and qualifications

DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?
8+ years of finance experience
5+ years of leadership experience in a senior financial role
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
High proficiency in Excel, financial software, and modeling tools
Strategic problem‑solving skills, an innovative mindset, and the ability to execute solutions
Strong management and leadership skills
Clear and effective communication and presentation skills
The following would be
preferred
but aren't required:
MBA or CPA
Real estate development or construction experience
Knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements, specifically LIHTC and HTC
WHAT WILL YOU DO? No two days are the same for our Controller - Head of Financial Operations! You're an important member of our executive team, providing quality guidance, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and setting the stage for future growth and development. In this finance role, you will:
Lead all aspects of budgeting and financial reporting and make sure we comply with local, state, and federal regulations and tax laws
Improve and develop financial planning and analysis strategies
Manage cash flow and banking relationships
Improve internal controls to better protect our assets
Analyze financial systems and technologies and identify areas for improvement/optimizationMentor high‑performing finance and accounting staff
Support real estate development by analyzing multifamily developments financed by Low‑Income Tax Credits, preparing projections, and measuring investment value
Create detailed pre‑investment reviews and assist the quality control review committee
Ensure compliance and identify new opportunities regarding LIHTC and Historic Tax Credits
