A company is looking for a Remote Non-QM/Jumbo Mortgage Underwriter.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate residential mortgage loan applications for compliance with policies and regulations Analyze borrower financials, credit reports, and property evaluations to assess risk Collaborate with loan officers and processors to expedite the underwriting process
Required Qualifications
5+ years of residential mortgage underwriting experience At least 2 years of hands-on underwriting experience with Non-QM and/or Jumbo loans Proficiency in Encompass is highly preferred Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus DE and VA designations are a plus
