The starting pay range for this position per hour is $22.75 - $24.75. The full pay range for this position per hour is $22.75 - $38.65 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. PM

)

maintains

physical assets

and mitigates excess

spending to

ensure that our store teams can focus on serving our guests without distraction.

supports remodel efforts, executes new project

and enables efficient front of store and backroom operations to delight our guests.

As

a

Property Management Lead

no

two days are ever the same, but a typical day will

most likely include

the following responsibilities: Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.

Ensures every team member understands, is trained, and consistently

delivers on

Target’s guest experience commitments

and consistent operations.

Actively observes and provides feedback, holding team members accountable while recognizing great guest experience moments.

Reviews area guest, financial, and team outcome metrics to

identify

opportunities

,

takes action to improve

, and

aligns team on the right behaviors and execution, celebrates wins, drives results that deliver outcomes and elevates the guest experience.

Utilize technology

(

e.g.

Mobile De

v

ice, AI)

to create

, troubleshoot,

prioritize,

an

d

safely

complete work orders.

Perform preventive maintenance on building assets and equipment

,

including Plumbing, HVAC, Refrigeration, Life Safety Power Systems and Electrical.

Follow

appropriate safety

procedures and training, use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE

)

and ensure a safe work environment by

identifying

and correcting equipment safety hazards.

Teach and train store team to follow safety procedures.

Identify

and perform corrective maintenance on building assets.

Inform and engage the store leadership team (including new leaders) on property management workload priorities, and share impacts of store processes on asset care,

maintenance

and functionality.

Lead and

demonstrate

a culture of executing all best practices as outlined within team onboarding and learning; help close skill gaps through development,

coaching

and team interactions

.

With

Property Management Business Partner

guidance,

e

valuate store brand and ensure assets and vendor performance meets maintenance

and functionality

standards

.

Assist

in

e

xecut

ing

special projects

, remodels

and

support

PM

asset

s

and

service strategies in partnership

with

store

team

.

E

nsure internal and external work orders are completed

safely and

efficiently

;

vendors are accountable

to do the

same

for

work

orders assigned/routed to them

Assist in managing emergency situations as needed in partnership with store and field leaders

.

there are a few skills you should have from the get-go: High School diploma or equivalent

Must be 18 years of age or older

1

years

of technical education preferred in some of the following areas: electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC or plumbing and/or experience working in any of the following areas: basic door repair, HVAC filter changing, carpentry, power equipment/mechanical

repair

and basic equipment troubleshooting

Basic technical skills a

nd

general experience

working with property assets

required

Proficiency

in operating power tools, HVAC, wet/dry

vacuum

and other power

ed

equipment

Strong skills in managing vendor relationships, ensuring accountability, and achieving quality service results

Effective communication skills and the ability to use technology

and multiple communication devices

Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently

and provide support to store team

Ability

to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and

accomplish

multiple tasks within established

timeframes

lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds

Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc.

Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary).
