Whataburger - - Responsibilities: Develops positive relationships through frequent and substantial 1:1 coaching to establish and document goals and objectives for personal and professional growth.; Serves as the brand ambassador within the assigned territory through building strong partnerships with the media, businesses, and local community.; Leads the team of Field Marketing Partners and/or Managers to ensure activation of brand sales opportunities and execution of efforts at market and unit levels; Develops strategy for generating sales opportunities at the regional and market level and aligns with leadership.; Implements marketing strategy, management, and execution for the assigned territory.
