We are seeking a
Marketing Coordinator
to support our growing marketing and pursuit efforts in the Southeast Region. In this role, you will help initiate, develop, and maintain proposal materials for B&N’s water and transportation services. This position can be based in our Tampa or Orlando office.

Responsibilities
Develop and integrate key messages and win themes into submittals
Build collaborative relationships with Project Management staff to facilitate team synergy, creativity and effectiveness
Develop and edit presentation materials for proposal team interviews
Support promotions activities and miscellaneous office administrative tasks
Help maintain company information, materials and associated Marketing databases
You will work with leadership that not only nurtures, but also encourages an entrepreneurial spirit
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Creative Arts, Business or a related field, in lieu of a degree a minimum of 10+ years of equivalent experience are required
5+ years of proposal management and/or writing experience in the A/E/C or similar industry
Demonstrated ability to write and communicate in a clear and compelling manner, with a strong command of English grammar and editing, as well as attention to detail
Reliable, a critical thinker, well-organized, and passionate about their contribution to the team
Proficiency with InDesign and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Adobe Suite applications a plus
Self-motivated and adaptable, including the capability to learn virtual collaboration tools
