Overview
Red Sky Golf Club is a 36-hole Private Club with a Resort Operation serving Partner Properties in Vail Village and Beaver Creek. The Red Sky Ranch Property is home to two world class golf courses, The Norman and The Fazio. Despite being just a several minute cart ride away each course has its own clubhouse, restaurant, golf staff and maintenance team. The private membership operates out of The Norman Clubhouse and Resort Guests are welcomed through The Fazio Clubhouse. The course schedule alternates daily giving both the membership and resort guests an even usage of the two designs. This First Assistant Position is specific to The Resort Operation at Red Sky operating under Head Professional Nathan Mead at The Fazio Course. Golf Season:
Early May to Mid-October General Overview: Assist the Head Golf Professional, as well as, assert themselves as a team-leader in managing the facility in an efficient, high-quality, service-oriented manner. Responsibilities include: Tournament Preparation and Execution Food & Beverage Event Collaboration Merchandising and Golf Shop Management Day to Day Management of Golf Operation Staff Leadership and Mentoring Ensuring an Exceptional Guest Experience This candidate should demonstrate the ability to excel in a team environment and lead by example daily. Our club is interested in candidates who ambitiously pursue professional and personal development and bring a fun and engaging attitude to the position. Candidates should actively engage with members, guests, and staff to create the ultimate experience across the property. This position is intended to be an assistant manager, ensuring a high-level of golf and management knowledge. www.redskygolfclub.com Qualifications & Requirements:
Class A PGA Membership in good standing is preferred, although candidates enrolled within the PGA Associate Program will be considered. High-end club experience, exhibiting professionalism, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service. Striving to become a Head Golf Professional. Consistent positive attitude, upbeat personality, and passion for the game of golf. Continuous learning and development within the game of golf and for personal growth. - Salaried - $60,000 - $70,000 Housing
