The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain client relationships

Track and record metrics throughout sales process

Meet and exceed financial goals

Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of business experience in Less-Than-Truckload (LTL)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions

Account Executives are provided

Company car OR monthly car allowance

First 6 months of incentive guaranteed at 92% to goal (roughly $12,000)

Central Transport laptop/touchscreen for hybrid/travel flexibility

Dedicated sales support for assistance with reporting and urgent customer needs

We are rapidly growing our sales team and looking for a talented individual who wants to be a part of a company that is looking to grow more than 50% over the next few years. We are a 90 year old family owned LTL company that wants to make its mark on the next decade. The position comes with a highly competitive package including a competitive base salary and weekly incentive plans that have seen some of our top reps earn over an additional $65,000. We also offer a company car or car allowance and an expense account.

This position is a hybrid role focused on building relationships with potential clients and hunting for new accounts.
