Lead Influencer Strategy & Performance:
Spearhead the management of influencer analytics, auditing the full campaign lifecycle from vetting and KPI alignment to performance reporting. Provide insightful analysis on investment and performance to marketing leaders across all divisions. Ensure Compliance & Operational Excellence:
Uphold L\'Oréal\'s golden rules and audit regulations by ensuring all campaigns are properly documented in Traackr, managing contract generation, and maintaining an accurate influencer database. Drive Transversal Collaboration:
Act as the key liaison between divisional Marketing Directors, the CDMO, internal control teams, and US counterparts. Nurture strong relationships with internal teams and external agency partners, providing expert guidance and inspiration. Integrate & Innovate:
Work closely with all marketing teams to seamlessly integrate influencer activities into broader marketing initiatives and stay ahead of the latest trends to keep L\'Oréal at the forefront of digital advocacy. What We Are Looking For / Qualifications
Required Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital or related field. 5-7 years of experience in advocacy and Influencer management. We are seeking a candidate who balances strategic thinking with meticulous execution and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You are a great fit if you have: Proven experience in advocacy, influencer management, and data-driven marketing, with a strong ability to manage projects and stakeholders. A strategic and analytical mindset, with proficiency in data analysis, budget management, and performance tracking to drive data-driven decisions. Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of building strong, trustful relationships and effectively liaising between marketing teams, leadership, and external partners. Deep understanding of influencer contracting, compliance standards, and the digital marketing landscape. Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills to present insights and strategies to diverse audiences. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and applications. Advanced Excel with the ability to manipulate large datasets, create pivot tables, use VLOOKUPs, and build dashboards to analyze campaign performance, track budgets, and measure ROI. The ability to track campaign spending, and report on the performance of influencer marketing investments. Data Visualization:
Proficiency in creating clear, compelling reports and presentations using tools like PowerPoint, or data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI) to communicate insights to senior leadership. Analytics Platform Knowledge:
A strong understanding of social media analytics and web analytics to understand the full-funnel impact of influencer campaigns on traffic and conversion. Project Management Tools:
Experience using collaboration and project management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams) to manage complex campaign workflows, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met across multiple divisions and agency partners. Digital Marketing Acumen : A solid understanding of the broader digital marketing ecosystem, including paid media, SEO, CRM, and how influencer marketing integrates with and amplifies these channels. Contract & Compliance Knowledge:
Familiarity with contracting aspects of influencer marketing, including contract generation aligned to Company and brand standards. Other skills: Stakeholder Management & Influence : The ability to navigate a complex matrix of internal teams (Marketing Directors, CDMO, Internal Controls) and external partners, building consensus and driving the advocacy agenda with diplomacy and confidence. Collaboration & Integration : A natural ability to work across different divisions and functions, fostering a spirit of partnership to integrate influencer strategies into a cohesive, company-wide marketing effort. Strategic & Analytical Thinking : The capacity to see the bigger picture, using data not just for reporting, but to derive actionable insights, anticipate trends, and make sound, forward-thinking recommendations. Adaptability & Resilience : Thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ability to pivot quickly in response to campaign performance, new digital trends, or shifting business priorities while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
