WHAT WE NEED FROM AN AUTO BODY COLLISION REPAIR TECH
3+ years of collision repair experience
Strong metalwork/body repair skills
Good communication
Ability to work in a team
Ability to flag 80+ hours consistently and with quality
Possessing your I-CAR certification is a plus
ABOUT THIS AUTO BODY COLLISION REPAIR TECH ROLE You begin each day by reviewing repair orders and organizing parts to ensure a smooth workflow. Your primary focus is on structural and panel repairs as you work to restore vehicles to factory standards. With a full-time parts manager and all calibrations and scans sublet to a specialist, you are provided the tools and resources to put all of your focus into repairing the vehicle to its pre-loss condition. Throughout the process, you keep thorough documentation to maintain compliance without hindering your efficiency. Your workspace remains clean and organized, and collaborating with teammates helps maintain positive energy. By the end of the day, you have successfully transformed challenges into seamless repairs that showcase your skill and dedication.
