Sales Enablement Specialist (Specialist, Marketing)
Canon USA in Melville, NY is currently seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to equip sales teams with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to drive sales effectiveness. The role bridges sales and marketing by creating and delivering training, content, and other materials that empower reps to close more deals.
Your Impact
Develop and execute sales enablement strategies aligned with the company’s sales goals.
Create and deliver training, including onboarding programs, ongoing training, and specialized skills on new products or sales methodologies.
Develop sales enablement content such as playbooks, learning materials, presentations, and other resources.
Manage sales enablement tools, maintaining platforms for learning management systems and sales enablement systems.
Analyze sales performance to identify areas where training and enablement can improve sales results.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
Provide coaching and support to sales professionals to improve their skills and confidence.
About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience plus 3‑5 years of related experience.
Content delivery experience (plus).
Sales experience (plus).
Sales enablement (training) experience (plus).
Understanding of sales tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo.
Employee onboarding experience (plus).
Strong verbal and written communication skills (required).
Salary & Benefits
Salary range: $66,300 – $81,550 annually.

Workstyle
