We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Claims Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities

Accurately process and manage incoming claims with professionalism and urgency

Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat

Investigate, evaluate, and resolve claim issues in a timely manner

Maintain detailed records and documentation for each claim

Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners

Identify opportunities to improve processes and elevate complex issues when needed

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards and procedures

Qualifications Must-Haves

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

High level of dependability and accountability

Excellent customer service and listening skills

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Comfortable working with claim systems and basic office software

Nice-to-Haves

Previous call center experience

Prior experience in customer service or claims-related roles

$20 per hour

Work Setup

Training:

Up to 2 weeks onsite at Nobilis Group’s headquarters in Las Colinas (Irving, TX); flexible training hours but must complete 8 hours/day

Post-training:

Fully remote; standard hours are 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (subject to change based on seniority)

Interview Process

Employment assessment (serves as initial interview)

Virtual interview with hiring manager

Potential second-round virtual interview with team
