Senior Manager, Digital Product Management

Role Description We're looking for a dynamic Product Manager/Owner to join our team. The Product Manager/Owner will drive development for product capabilities—including data cataloguing, metadata and workflow management, issue management, and privacy risk management—focusing on executing the roadmap and strategy for enterprise data governance and data management. With an outcome‑first approach, our core goals include driving customer satisfaction, engagement, collaboration, and adoption. This person will partner closely with product managers, engineers, designers, analytics, and multiple stakeholders across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

Own and execute the product vision and roadmap for the product as an enterprise platform

Collaborate with stakeholders (data stewards, data owners, legal, compliance, and more) to gather requirements and define use cases

Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams

Prioritize the product backlog to deliver maximum business value in alignment with business objectives and goals

Lead UAT and release management for new features and enhanced capabilities

Manage integrations between product and other data systems

Drive adoption and engagement of product across business units through enablement, training, and communication

Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics to measure effectiveness and usage

Ensure data governance and data management policies are implemented and embedded in product capabilities

Advocate for continuous improvement including process standardization and automation

Lead and manage product support and operations for different product capabilities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field required.

3+ years of minimum experience in Product Management/Development.

Experience interacting with scrum teams and understanding of agile practices for product owner.

Proven track record with implementing product roadmaps and driving adoption.

Experience with rapid and iterative software development methodologies.

A solid understanding of data lifecycle.

Self‑starter with strong problem‑solving and prioritization skills.

Comfortable managing ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities.

Experience with agile product development methodologies and tools (JIRA, Rally, etc.).

Knowledge of GDPR, ROPA, Privacy Risk Assessment is an advantage.

Knowledge of ‘ServiceNow – Integrated Risk Management & Privacy Management’ product is an advantage.

Knowledge of Application Development Lifecycle is an advantage.

Salary Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually + bonus + benefits. The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job‑related factors.
