Server Assistant

At Fleming’s, your first and most important responsibility will be creating memorable moments for our Guests. As a Server Assistant, you will assist the kitchen and support our Servers in the dining room. You will help assemble prepared food and condiments following Fleming’s standards, check orders for accuracy, review orders with guests to ensure they meet expectations, track food times, stock tables, buss tables, offer drink recommendations and refills, decant and sell wine, and perform table‑side service to create an elevated and seamless experience for our Guests.
Experience
Minimum one year of previous restaurant experience as a server or busser
