As a Real Estate Coordinator, you will be a member of the Real Estate Team that actively performs regular mapping of areas of interest in order to locate all offered plots of land or buildings for sale or lease. Part of your role will be developing and maintaining a network of real estate agents, contractors, banks, real estate companies, property owners and tenants to achieve an accurate and complete representation of the market’s offered properties. Analyze the distribution of competitive stores Work with the Business Intelligence Team to analyze population and demographic data and report advantages of each property Collect all necessary documents for purchasing or renting building facilities and ensure their timely dispatch to the Legal Team Communicate with property owners to collect all necessary documents required for the renovation of corporate stores Renew leases by renegotiating rent for stores that are planned to be renovated Manage the existing portfolio of corporate properties and propose ways to better utilize them Participate in cross‑departmental projects (Finance, Risk & Control, Business Intelligence) and conduct all necessary reporting Conduct Rent Tracker Analysis Who we are looking for

Working experience of 1–3 years in a similar position, in the field of real estate, or facility management and utilization. Any experience in a similar retail company or professional real estate management company would be considered an asset BA in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or another relevant field. MSc is desirable MS suite literate with a focus on Excel and Powerpoint Fluency in English language, both written and spoken Ability to travel within area of responsibility The value you bring
