Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for a Bilingual Customer Service Rep for a Uplhostery manufacturer/distribution center located in Manatee County, FL.
Job Duties: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person in both English and Spanish - Answer questions about upholstery services, fabrics, pricing, and timelines - Process orders, schedule appointments, and track project progress - Resolve customer concerns and provide timely solutions - Maintain accurate customer records and service details - Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Follow up with clients regarding completed work and feedback Qualifications: - Fluency in English and Spanish (required) - Previous customer service experience (preferred; upholstery or furniture industry a plus) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Basic computer skills (CRM systems, email, order tracking) - Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail - Sales experience or upselling ability - Scheduling or administrative support experience
