We are looking for an experienced Consultant to help design, configure, activate, and support the implementation of Oracle Health EHR (Millennium) solutions across Federal agencies including the Department of Defense, United States Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs and Indian Health Service.

Responsibilities As a Senior Principal Consultant, you will consult with clients on service line workflow, and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts. You will provide solution oversight, direction and expertise to stakeholders. You will drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients. You will mitigate solution risks and issues. You will execute workflow and process improvement strategies. You will lead client meetings and events. You will drive internal team initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

At least 6 years total combined related work experience

At least 2 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience.

4+ years of overall experience in relevant clinician or practitioner, functional or technical roles.

Knowledge and experience with Oracle Health Federal Clinical Laboratory products is a plus

. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.

Backend build experience in PathNet or other similar areas

Experience in any of the following: Bedrock, CCL, DCPTools, Reference Range Wizards, Virtual Views, Discern Rule Writing, Reference Lab Interfaces, Medical Device Interfaces

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Self-starter capable of independently handling tasks and projects.

U.S. citizenship required due to client contracts.

Must be able to obtain the appropriate government security clearance card applicable to your position.

Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Willing to travel up to 50% as needed.

Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.

Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
