Ryann Reed Design Build is hiring a Remote Appointment Setter / Lead Conversion Specialist to follow up with company-provided leads, qualify homeowners, and schedule in-home appointments for our sales team.

This is a fully remote opportunity for someone who is confident on the phone, strong with follow-up, comfortable handling objections, and motivated by performance. Position Overview As the Remote Appointment Setter / Lead Conversion Specialist , you will be responsible for contacting assigned leads quickly, following a structured follow-up process, overcoming objections, and booking qualified in-home appointments. You will also help improve appointment show rates by confirming and reconfirming upcoming appointments through phone calls and text messages.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced sales environment and takes ownership of both appointment quantity and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Call company-provided leads promptly and consistently

Follow up with leads using calls, texts, and voicemails

Qualify homeowners and set in-home sales appointments

Handle objections professionally and confidently

Confirm upcoming appointments to reduce cancellations and no-shows

Reconfirm same-day and next-day appointments to improve attendance

Re-engage older or inactive leads to maximize conversion opportunities

Maintain accurate notes, lead updates, and follow-up activity in the CRM

Meet or exceed daily call volume and appointment-setting goals

Escalate complaints or more complex lead issues to management when needed

What We're Looking For

Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, inside sales, lead conversion, or outbound calling preferred

Strong communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence

Comfortable overcoming objections and handling rejection

Persistent, competitive, and motivated by results

Strong follow-through and sense of ownership

Organized and detail-oriented with solid CRM discipline

Able to work independently and stay productive in a remote environment

Salary & Benefits

$15 x hour
