Key Responsibilities
Deliver efficient and effective property management operations: properties are well-maintained and in compliance with safety, health, and legal standards.
Assist in the implementation of standardized processes and best practices to ensure efficient property management operations, including strategies to attract and retain tenants.
Deliver operational excellence via enhanced leasing processes, rent collection, lease renewals, and property marketing efforts.
Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional tenant service: address tenant inquiries, concerns, and disputes in a professional and timely manner, ensuring positive tenant experiences, satisfaction, and retention, focusing on service quality and cost‑effective management.
Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance, repairs, renovations, property improvement projects, and other property-related projects.
Thrive in a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, delivering high-performance standards and undergoing continual professional development.
Education and Experience
3 years in a property management role.
Basic knowledge of property management regulations, industry trends, and best practices.
Familiarity with property management software, technology solutions, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of property management principles, real estate laws, and regulations.
Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
