Job Overview The B2B Social Media Manager will evolve, execute, and evaluate the B2B social media strategy for Sloan and its subsidiaries. The overall goal is to contribute to business development by driving traffic to the website through compelling, on‑brand content that is connected to sales priorities and resonates with our business audiences (commercial architects, interior designers, plumbing engineers, building owners, facility managers, general and plumbing contractors).
What you will do:
Develop a measurable B2B social media plan with a cohesive content strategy aligned to Sloan’s marketing goals
Conduct research, analyze audience behaviors, and uncover relevant trends to inform creative direction
Own the editorial calendar: planning, developing, scheduling, and monitoring posts that highlight commercial restroom solutions, company culture, and industry thought leadership
Use Sprout Social to plan, publish, monitor, and report on Sloan’s social performance across accounts
Integrate Sloan’s B2B marketing direction into social media by collaborating with top company executives, the marketing team, the sales team, subject matter experts, external influencers, and agency partners
Identify and partner with select B2B social influencers for social amplification
Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels
Create and publish compelling organic, scroll‑stopping content and campaigns that drive awareness, growth, engagement and website traffic. Curate a steady cadence of content from events, case studies, public relations, and internal stories
Partner with freelancers and agency partners on the production of short‑form video content and oversee paid social media initiatives
Monitor industry, partner, and competitor activity to identify insights that enable you to take advantage of opportunities and optimize content performance
Use social listening and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social) to track performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Clearly communicate insights and recommendations with reports to the marketing team and leadership on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
3+ years hands‑on B2B social media marketing experience with strong grasp of B2B marketing principles, tactics, and analytics
3+ years experience creating engaging video content using Adobe Premiere Rush, InShot, Splice, etc.
3+ years experience with photography, videography, and other visual content creation
4+ years experience in social media content creation and research
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods, including alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media
Organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines
Experience collaborating with executives, partners, freelancers, internal subject matter experts, and agencies to deliver cohesive campaigns
Stays current with social media management and strategies (e.g., new platforms, trending hashtags, tools, and best practices)

Compensation The compensation range for this U.S.-based position is $99,000 - $110,000 annually.
This position is eligible to participate in the company incentive plan. The terms and conditions of the company incentive plan will be provided to plan participants on an annual basis.
Our compensation range reflects our good faith estimate of what an ideal candidate can expect, but final agreed upon compensation will always be based on the individual candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and other job‑related or market factors that may prove relevant during the hiring process.
