Job Summary

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, supporting client acquisition, and contributing to revenue growth. This role involves researching prospects, preparing proposals, supporting pitches, and maintaining strong client relationships. The successful candidate will work closely with the business development and account teams to generate leads, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction. Key Performance Areas

Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential clients and market opportunities Maintain a database of prospects and follow-up schedules Initiate contact with prospective clients via calls, emails, or meetings

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Support the business development team in converting leads to clients Assist in managing relationships with existing clients Provide excellent customer service to build trust and loyalty

Proposal & Pitch Support

Prepare presentations, proposals, and pitch materials Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and compelling submissions Attend client meetings, pitches, and follow-ups as required

Market Research & Analysis

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and client needs Provide insights to inform strategy and sales approach Track business development metrics and report progress to the manager

Collaboration with Internal Teams

Work closely with creative, accounts, and production teams to align on client requirements Ensure smooth handover of new clients to the account management team Support internal reporting and documentation related to business development activities

Working Experience: 1 - 3 Years Education: First Degree
