Overview
Shulman Rogers seeking a detail-oriented and proficient Word Processor to join the firm. As a Word Processor, you will be responsible for creating, formatting, and editing documents using word processing software. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of word processing experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Typing and formatting documents such as reports, letters, memos, manuals, and presentations using word processing software. Proofread correspondence, memoranda, pleadings and documents to ensure accuracy of grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors. Coordinate with colleagues to gather necessary information and inputs for document creation. Troubleshoot and resolve formatting or technical issues with documents. Provide support to colleagues on word processing tasks as needed. Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in word processing. 5+ years of word processing experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment. Interpersonal skills necessary in order to establish effective working relationships. Good organizational skills for prioritizing workload. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
