Retail Trade Sales Representative

Sales Representative (Hybrid) We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Representative to help grow our presence across our territories. This is a hybrid role that blends remote account management (calls, planning, follow-ups) with in-market execution (account visits, events, activations). If you're motivated, organized, and excited about growing a brand in a competitive space, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.

What You'll Do

Partner with distributor teams to drive sales, visibility, and execution

Build and maintain relationships with on- and off-premise accounts

Plan and execute a hybrid schedule:

Remote work: sales calls, account follow-ups, planning, reporting

In-market: account visits, ride-alongs, merchandising, events

Secure:

New draft lines, features, and placements (on-premise)

Distribution, displays, and promotions (off-premise)

Execute retail standards including pricing, placement, and brand visibility

Support samplings, events, and promotions that bring the brand to life

Attend key distributor and retailer meetings

Manage and execute local events, including coordination and on-site representation

Stay organized with reporting, planning, and communication with internal teams

What We're Looking For

2-4 years of sales experience (beverage/alcohol industry preferred)

Familiarity with the 3-tier system and Twin Cities market

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Highly organized with strong follow-through

Self-starter who can manage their time effectively in a hybrid environment

Comfortable balancing independent work with team collaboration

Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends for events

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift 30 lbs repeatedly

Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)

Bonus Points

Cicerone Certification or other beer education

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Previous experience working with distributors or key accounts
