You’ll work across the full solution lifecycle: from early‑stage technical discovery and solution architecture, through hands‑on deployment and integration, to training and long‑term customer success.

During your first year, expect to be highly hands‑on—getting into customer facilities, installing hardware, deploying software, and building the deep product expertise that makes you an invaluable technical advisor.

Design solutions using Inpixon’s product suite to address manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse challenges

Deliver compelling technical presentations, live demos, and proof‑of‑concept engagements

Coordinate with customer IT, OT, and security teams for secure, compliant system integration

Troubleshoot and resolve deployment and integration issues during pilots and full‑scale rollouts

Develop deep technical mastery of Inpixon’s RTLS products, architecture, and deployment models

Identify product gaps and opportunities from the field and communicate actionable feedback to Product and Engineering

Training & Customer Success

Train customer teams on effective platform use and recommend process improvements to maximize ROI

Create technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge‑transfer sessions

Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle

Understanding of networking fundamentals: VLANs, firewalls, routing, and secure access

Knowledgeable about cybersecurity best practices, especially in industrial and OT environments

Communication & Customer Skills

Excellent customer‑facing communication: you ask the right questions and uncover what matters

Ability to make complex technical concepts clear to both technical and non‑technical audiences

Professional Attributes Strong problem‑solving mindset and analytical approach

Comfortable working independently at customer sites with minimal supervision
