A Day in the Life

Marketing Partnership & Strategic Guidance: Act as the vital link between science and business. Collaborate closely with Marketing teams to translate complex cleansing technologies into compelling consumer benefits and innovative marketing concepts.

Scientific Communication & Integrity: Safeguard our scientific integrity by rigorously reviewing all marketing materials, including packaging, advertising copy, e-commerce descriptions, and digital content for technical accuracy and consistency.

Innovation & Creative Brainstorming: Serve as a creative scientific catalyst. Uncover emerging technologies and novel ingredient narratives through literature reviews and market trend analysis to substantiate groundbreaking performance claims.

Claims Orchestration & Testing Coordination: Direct the end‑to‑end product claims process. Coordinate with Safety, Analytical, and Clinical Evaluation teams to design and execute robust testing (clinical, instrumental, and consumer) that supports high‑impact US Marketing requests.

Data Analysis & Technical Reporting: Transform raw data into strategic insights. Analyze complex test results and author comprehensive technical dossiers to support new innovations and the evolution of existing product lines.

Public Relations & Brand Ambassadorship: Step into the spotlight as our brand's technical expert. Provide scientific support for PR activities, address media inquiries, and lead technical briefings at high‑profile press events and industry conferences.

We Are Looking For

Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related scientific discipline is required.

Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in the cosmetic or personal care industry, with a specific focus on claims substantiation and scientific communication. Direct experience with cleansing formulations or suncare is a distinct advantage.

Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the agility to manage competing priorities concurrently in a fast‑paced, matrixed global organization.

Communication Mastery: Stellar presentation abilities with a track record of translating complex technical information into clear, actionable, and persuasive narratives for senior stakeholders.

Global Collaboration: Ability to thrive in an international, multi‑disciplinary environment, collaborating seamlessly with diverse technical and commercial teams worldwide.

Strategic & Creative Mindset: An "outside‑the‑box" thinker who challenges the status quo and develops innovative solutions to complex scientific and marketing challenges.

Ability to be onsite in the office as this is an essential function of the position (required).

Authorization to work in the United States on a full‑time, permanent, ongoing basis without the need for legal sponsorship now or in the future (required).

Base Salary Range: $65,400 - $91,500 (actual compensation will depend on various factors).
