Job Description We are seeking a technically‑inclined, hands‑on leader to drive growth in our Credit‑Based Marketing programs. The role requires deep expertise in prescreen direct mail programs and experience optimizing credit‑based strategies at marketplace partners such as Credit Karma Lightbox and Experian Activate. You will translate data‑driven plans into flawless execution, bridge gaps across large cross‑functional groups, and collaborate closely with credit risk, underwriting, and product teams.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the credit‑based marketing strategy, leveraging credit, customer, and alternative data to target the right product to the right person at the right time.

Own direct mail strategy, targeting, creative, and P&L for acquisition channels.

Perform deep‑dive campaign analysis, pull data, attribute performance, and identify optimization opportunities independently.

Drive adoption and optimization of credit‑based acquisition strategies at key marketplace partners and D2C channels.

Maintain a sustainable, profitable DM program to supply leads for aggressive growth objectives.

Collaborate with Product to define a streamlined user acquisition path for pre‑screened customers and with Credit Risk to align underwriting criteria.

Explore mechanisms to reduce cycle times and direct mail costs while responding to business demand.

Work cross‑functionally with data science, underwriting, marketing, and sales teams to improve credit‑based targeting models through testing data enhancements and sources.

Qualifications

Minimum of seven years in marketing, risk, analytics, or product, with hands‑on experience growing high‑volume, high‑frequency direct marketing campaigns for financial products.

Strong business sense with outstanding project management and communication skills.

Deep experience working directly with credit bureaus and/or credit‑based lenders or marketplaces.

Demonstrated depth of knowledge in the credit‑based data environment, using credit and alternative data to develop targeting strategies and marketing campaigns.

Proficient in SQL, Python, or other coding languages to conduct independent, granular campaign analysis.

Can‑do attitude, passion for results, and a desire to continuously improve processes through testing.

Salary Range $180,000 to $225,000 salary + bonus + benefits.
