Salesforce Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive – Retail and Consumer Goods
Slalom is seeking a collaborative Salesforce Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive to drive business results across the assigned region. The individual in this role will serve Slalom’s clients as a solution sales executive, building and executing predictable sales engagement processes. Who You Are 3+ years of professional services selling experience, with 5+ years overall, including 3+ years of selling Salesforce specifically.
Responsibilities
Manage sales opportunities through various stages within the RCG sector
Conduct customer needs analysis using standard scoping guides and transition qualified leads to Capability/Industry product experts
Engage in outreach to local markets to ensure the implementation of best‑in‑class selling tactics across regions
Identify customer needs and leverage Global Solutions assets to enhance customer deals
Monitor the deal pipeline during weekly forecast calls
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
Generate demand through industry events, Salesforce relationships, and co‑marketing initiatives with partners
Execute partner events, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and periodic pipeline sharing calls with Salesforce sales VPs in collaboration with Slalom Alliances
Foster and develop relationships with Salesforce peers
Monitor the CRM system and alerts for potential deals
Oversee customer project delivery to ensure successful outcomes
Draft and communicate compelling customer success stories
Present customer success stories to stakeholders
Qualifications
5+ years of professional services selling experience with 3+ years of selling Salesforce specifically
Deep understanding of Salesforce RCG go‑to‑market sales teams and selling motions
Ability to articulate Salesforce products, competition, and adjacent solutions effectively
Adaptability to different sales pursuit roles based on customer situations and the skills and availability of other Slalom team members
Develop competitive sales messages, define project scope, create staffing plans, and draft sales proposals
Negotiate financial components of project plans, including bill rates, projected utilization, margins, discounts, and concessions
