Meta is seeking an Agency Partner to work with the leading independent digital marketing agencies in North America to grow revenue and increase product adoption via agencies. To run a specific book of business as well as lead our efforts across channels, functions and sales teams. You will be expected to own the overall business results derived through the channel by successfully navigating both their external organizations and across our Meta teams, prioritizing opportunities, building joint plans, and ensuring quality execution in‑market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with both Meta and competitor products, and a proven ability to influence agency customers at different levels of the organization – at CXO executive leadership level to more technically‑oriented heads of performance and product. Candidates must have an impactful understanding of the agency industry, competitive landscape for digital media buying, and the unique challenges faced by local digital agencies in the market. This role requires high adaptability, agility and drive execution at scale as digital agencies operate with that business model, have varied sets of clients across verticals and geographies and require differentiated support. Candidates must be quick learners, have a collaborative and innovative spirit and be capable of dealing with ambiguity.

Agency Partner Responsibilities

Deliver revenue across the allocated agency portfolio and determine new, untapped growth opportunities while driving current revenue streams

Manage the strategic relationships within all agencies, develop impactful C‑level relationships with agency leadership and/or founders

Create, implement and track solution adoption goals across the entire agency to ensure understanding of Meta value proposition and products

Lead and influence with strategy based on the agency's priorities and capabilities to grow priority accounts

Identify and pitch transformational opportunities to agencies that directly support country business growth drivers

Identify key frictions and barriers specific to these agencies and lead to pivot away with solutions

Build an impactful partnership with the industry body to maintain and strengthen Meta’s brand

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of Marketing, Brand Advertising, Agency, Media Sales and/or Online Advertising experience leading businesses or accounts

Has experience pitching and managing digital campaign strategies and is able to differentiate Meta's solutions against competing products

Impactful analytical and Excel skills are essential, ability to leverage data and analytics to improve performance for digital campaigns is required

Impactful interpersonal skills to lead communications and manage the relationship and expectation across different stakeholders to generate positive results

Understanding of Meta value to marketers and agencies and how technology works – represent Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and present Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp at key industry events

Quick learner with curiosity, persistence, resourcefulness, highly‑organized and the ability to solve problems in a structured manner

Has worked in a large digital tech company and/or media agency and/or client side will help ensure recommendations are pragmatic and real‑world ready

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)

Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)

Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies

Compensation & Benefits $107,000/year to $169,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
