Lead the development and growth of alumni engagement strategies across Cherry Creek School District

Oversee management and strategic use of the Foundation’s CRM (Bloomerang) to support donor engagement, segmentation, and outreach

Establish and maintain strong data practices that inform engagement strategies and decision-making

Storytelling & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with the Program & Impact Strategist to align engagement strategies with program outcomes and district priorities

Serve as a connector across fundraising, communications, and program teams

What Success Looks Like

High-quality, mission-aligned engagement strategies that deepen relationships and inspire investment

Strong, consistent donor and partner experience across all touchpoints

Measurable growth in alumni, corporate, and community engagement

Clear alignment between engagement efforts and fundraising outcomes

What You Bring

Experience in nonprofit fundraising, engagement, partnerships, or related field

Demonstrated ability to lead projects and initiatives from concept through execution

Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders

Experience supporting donor cultivation, stewardship, and engagement strategies

Comfort using CRM systems and leveraging data to inform decisions

Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail

Sound judgment and ability to operate with independence and initiative

Passion for public education and community impact; familiarity with Cherry Creek Schools highly preferred

Work Structure & Compensation

In-person presence for events and key meetings; some evening and weekend work required

Salary range: $58,000–$72,000, based on experience
