Member Service Representative
Location: Virginia Beach, VA (must reside within 60 miles)
Start Date: May 26th
Job Overview TEKsystems is partnering with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution to hire Member Service Representatives in the Dallas area. This is a fully remote position. Candidates must reside within 60 miles of Dallas in case onsite attendance is ever required for specific, designated training purposes. At this time, no on-site days are planned.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to member inquiries in a high-volume, structured contact center.
Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services to ensure an excellent member experience.
Process financial transactions for savings, checking, loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts.
Advise members on additional products and services aligned with their needs.
Manage a daily call volume of 80-100+ calls.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
1-2 years of recent customer service experience (call center, retail, admin, or sales).
Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, mentally demanding environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to navigate difficult conversations.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Computer proficiency, including data entry and typing skills.
Previous remote work experience preferred.
Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week.
After training, schedules fall between 12:00 PM and 11:00 PM within an 8.5 hour shift window.
Rotating weekday and weekend days off.
Schedules are released two weeks in advance.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, VA.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
