Independent Living Skills Trainer (ILST)
New London, CT | $20/hr. Full-Time & Part-Time | Flexible Day & Evening Shifts.
Make a Difference—One Person at a Time: Join Project Genesis, Inc. and help individuals with acquired brain injuries rebuild independence, confidence, and everyday life skills.
What You’ll Do:
Work one‑on‑one with clients in their homes and community.
Support daily living skills (cooking, budgeting, routines, communication).
Provide non‑medical care, supervision, and encouragement.
Help clients reach personal goals and celebrate progress.
What You Need:
18+ with high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred).
ABI experience:
2 years (HS diploma) OR 1 year (Bachelor’s).
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance.
