at HVC: Assist Owners/guests with experiences and events to create memorable vacation memories, focusing on care and inclusivity.
Compensation
$15 per hour plus commissions

Typical Day / Responsibilities
Communicate via telephone calls (outbound and potential inbound) with customers and potential owners to sell preview package sales/tours, explaining opportunities available and answering questions.
Verify that individuals meet eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours before scheduling a tour.
Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours.
Explain details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation.
Check the availability of accommodations and dates, including finding alternative dates or options if the first choice is not available.
Guest Experience and Company Standards
Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
Contribute to team goals.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.
Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
Must possess the ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously, along with proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehension.
Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Must live in the Orlando, FL area.
