We're Consumable AI, an early-stage startup building a platform that helps creative teams move from raw ideation to validated concepts with more speed and confidence. Our customers are agencies and creative shops across the US, and we're looking for a Senior Creative Strategist who's lived that world from the inside.
What you'll own You'll be the creative and strategic voice in the room — working directly with our founding team to shape how we talk about ideas, how we develop campaigns and content, and how we bring our product's value to life for creative industry audiences. This isn't a support role. You'll set direction, push back when instincts are wrong, and have real influence on what we build.
Day to day, that means leading campaign and content ideation, building frameworks for how we evaluate creative concepts, and being the person on our team who viscerally understands how agencies think, decide, and sometimes get stuck.
Who we're looking for
6+ years in creative strategy, with meaningful time inside agencies or creative services environments
A strong point of view on what makes ideas work — and the ability to articulate it clearly, not just feel it
Experience leading ideation processes, not just participating in them
Comfortable working in ambiguity at an early-stage company where the brief isn't always perfectly formed
Based in San Francisco — we work hybrid and value real in-person time
Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows is a genuine plus. We're building at the intersection of creativity and technology, and curiosity about that space matters here.
