I'm working closely with an Elite Dallas Boutique actively hiring for a Commercial Real Estate Attorney at all levels.
OVERVIEW
Hiring for all levels –
including junior to Partner
(no BOB required),
and Counsel
(non-partnership track/flex hours/remote setup)
Compensation is GENEROUS and DOE – e.g., $225,000–$350,000 + $75K+ EOY Bonuses
Billable
expectation
is 1800 (with attorneys regularly billing lower, and
flex options as low as 1500 are available ). Bonuses are
not
tied to billables
Ideal Experience : Acquisitions & dispositions, leasing, and/or finance
