Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Content Creator located in Scottsdale, AZ. The standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The full-time salary for this role is $50,000 per year.
Once the probation period ends, there’s an opportunity to choose your regular on-site work hours—8:00 AM–4:00 PM, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. You may be required to commute for scheduled shoots, so your on-site schedule may remain flexible or adjust as needed. There’s also the potential to work one day remote per week when there are no shoots (subject to performance).
In this role, you will plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content for the brand across social media, web, and marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager and Brand Support team to ensure all content aligns with Dillon Optics’ brand messaging, aesthetic, and performance goals.

Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and edit engaging photography and videography content tailored for various digital channels, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
Manage all aspects of post-production using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Lightroom to enhance visual quality
Collaborate with marketing teams to understand content needs, themes, and messaging strategies
Maintain an organized library of multimedia assets with proper tagging and storage practices
Stay updated on current trends in photography, videography, and digital content creation to ensure fresh and innovative outputs
Operate filming equipment including cameras, lighting setups, and stabilization gear to ensure professional-quality footage
Qualifications
Proven experience in videography, photography, and post-production editing with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Illustrator), Final Cut Pro or equivalent editing software
Skilled in video production from filming to editing with an eye for detail and storytelling
Ability to operate professional filming equipment, including cameras, lighting rigs, and audio gear
Strong understanding of composition, lighting techniques, and color correction processes
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
