What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Schedule on-site appointments with healthcare facilities to showcase compliance service capabilities
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline for Regulated Medical Waste and Compliance services
Win back previous customers by demonstrating service capabilities and aligning solutions with their business needs
Build and sustain trusting relationships with new and existing customers
Participate in market development activities to identify and penetrate under-developed territories
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of field/outside sales experience
Ability to travel within a defined local territory on a daily basis
Valid Driver's License and a driving record within MVR guidelines
High School diploma or equivalent (accredited)
Must live and work in the U.S.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a business-to-business sales environment with varying sales cycles
Background in a high-volume/high-transaction industry
Post-secondary education (College or University Degree)
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Strong professional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
